This extensive selection of specimen holders can be used on all Hitachi SEMs, FESEMs and FIB systems with an M4 stage adapter.
All the Hitachi holders in this section have the widely used female M4 thread. Some of the larger holders require a larger specimen
chamber and a larger stage. Depending on the available working distance, z-movement, and maximum specimen height provided by the
specimen stage in the SEM, stub extensions might be added to obtain the optimized working distance. These
specimen holders can also be used on JEOL SEMs if an adapter to JEOL cylinder mount is used
(#15367-25, #15367-40,
#15367-20, #16150-9,
or #16217-9).

The PELCO® Bar Clamp Vise is available in three lengths; 102mm (4"),
152mm (6") and 203mm (8") with the same clamps for each version. This bar type clamp can accommodate
specimens up to 72mm (3"), 127mm (5") and 178mm (7") in length respectively. The jaws are reversible,
offering different clamping options and they operate independently anywhere on the clamping bar. This will allow for
positioning the region of interest of the specimen within the travel range of the SEM stage.
