Wafer Carrier Trays

Natural or black conductive polypropylene material

These high quality wafer carrier trays are specifically designed for storage, transport and handling of semiconductor wafers, glass wafers or other delicate flat objects. Made from either natural or conductive black polypropylene material and available in sizes from 1" to 6" with maximum grip, minimum contact and minimum pressure. The wafer or disc carriers have a conical base to support the wafers at the edges only. The wafers are held in place and secured by a spider spring and locking cap.

Clamshell Wafer Carriers

Polycarbonate for 6" and 8"

Clamshell type wafer carriers are available for 6" (150mm) and 8" (200mm) wafers in clear and conductive black polycarbonate. Internal height is 0.7mm for the 6" and 8" carriers.

Stacking Wafer Carriers

Stacking wafer carriers are available for 12" (300mm) wafers in clear and conductive black polycarbonate. Internal height is 0.8mm for the 12" carrier.

Wafer Carriers for Upright Storage

Polypropylene for 1", 2", 4", 6" and 8" wafers

These wafer carriers hold up to 25 wafers each and are recommended for upright transport and shipping of whole wafers. They are comprised of a base, a wafer carrying tray and a lid (pieces shown below) and are available in 1" (25mm), 2" (50mm), 4" (100mm), 6" (150mm) and 8" (200mm) sizes. The lid has grooves to immobilize wafers during transport. Carriers will admit wafers up to 1mm in thickness.
