This oil-less diaphragm vacuum pump has a 1/8 hp. Ball bearing type motor with internal thermal protector.

PELCO^® “Air-Out” Vacuum System

For removal of air bubbles from the epoxy resin mixture, providing enhanced bonding and embedding quality. The PELCO^® "Air-Out" Vacuum system comprises the 2246-1 large, clear Polycarbonate Desiccator; the 3436 or 3436-200 oil-free Diaphragm Pump and Silicone Vacuum Hose. The large, clear desiccator allows for monitoring the air from the embedding epoxy. The large 9" plate provides room for a large number of samples for simultaneous out gassing.
