Micro-Tool with Interchangeable micro-tips

Micro-Tools are the smallest available precision instruments for laboratory and production use. Micro-Tools are available in different tip configurations with interchangeable tool handle (shown above). A threaded handle holds the actual tip. Tip material is hardened tool steel unless otherwise noted. Shank sizes are specified when required.

Needle Probe Set

needle Probe mini-toolThe set includes one lightweight, precision handle and four interchangeable hardened steel tools for manipulating, scribing, spring assembly and probing. The precision handle is finely balanced, non-rolling, gold anodized with a split collet mounting and knurled lock nut. Length is 120mm (4.7").

The precision forged tools are made of hardened nickel-plated tool steel, 40mm (1.575") long with a 2mm (0.0785") diameter shank reduced to a 0.7mm (0.027") diameter. All tools are tapered to a sharp tip. Plastic container.

Miniature Measuring Scales

These unique measuring scales may be used directly under a microscope or magnifier for speedy measuring of small parts, grooves, slots, line widths, holes, and chamfers. Precision fabricated from etched stainless steel, the scales are spot welded to bendable stainless steel shafts and mounted in gold colored, non-rolling handles. Each scale is individually packaged in a plastic enclosure. Overall length of the scales is 83mm (3-1/4").
