Precisely graded diamond particles on a 1/16" (1.58mm) thick aluminum plate with an 8" (203mm) diameter.
These discs can be used on lapping machines with rigid, flat support plates and with a lubricant to prolong disc life.
They can be used for flat lapping, ceramics, metallurgical testing, sharpening carbide tools, gem faceting and grinding
glassy materials that generate erosive swarf. The resin bonded discs are available Plain or PSA backing (for secure
attachments to the platen backing). Compatible with Buehler discs.
