Digital, Dual Magnification Stereo Microscope

A quality stereo microscope that allows you to change from a widefield image at 10x magnification to a close-up detail of 30x magnification by simply rotating the objective turret. Rugged post stand with efficient and versatile illumination system includes precisely controlled halogen incident lamp and cool transmitted fluorescent lamp. Integrated high resolution digital camera offers 1.3 Megapixel live image resolution. Complete with Motic Images 2.0 ML software which allows the user to view, capture, label, process, measure and file images.

Optical System

• Paired standard widefield eyepieces 10x / FN20 are 45° inclined with dual diopter adjustments. Interpupillary adjustment from 55 to 75mm. Eyepiece tube diameter is 30mm.
• Magnification 10x and 30x with standard 10x / FN20 eyepieces.
• Eyepieces accept reticles with 23mm O.D.
• Viewing head rotates 360°.
• Objectives are parfocalled, parcentric and achromatic. Magnification is changed by rotating objective turret 90° to positive click stops.
• 94mm working distance.
• Total magnification range with optional eyepieces 5x - 60x.

Integrated 1.3 Megapixel Camera

• 1.3 Megapixel (1240 x 1024 pixel) Digital Color Camera.
• Use USB 2.0 for fast digital image transfer.
• Full software package for capturing, documentation, measuring and archiving.

Illumination

• Top light is 12V/15W halogen for incident illumination with adjustable beam and rheostat control.
• Bottom light 12V/10W halogen light.
• 4 position light control: top only/bottom only, top and bottom on/off.

Focusing

• Large dual focusing knobs, heavy-duty rack & pinion with slip-clutch and tension adjustment.
• Standard Post Stand.
• Standard post (25mm) stand with built-in transformer for extra stability and space saving.
• Stage surface 165 x 220mm deep (6.5 x 8.75").
• Maximum specimen height 72mm.
• Includes two 80mm frosted glass and black/white contrast plates.
• Blue filter for transmitted light.
• Locked on stage clips.
