Stereo Microscopes

This low cost instrument is designed for observation of various types of three dimensional specimens such as plants, insects, electronics, gems or jewelry, coins and stamps, etc. Precise optical alignment assures a clear three dimensional, upright, unreversed image. This stereo microscope is a real workhorse for lab, education and industry. Change between two magnifications simply by turning the objective turret. Efficient and versatile cordless LED illumination system includes precisely controlled top light, bottom light, or both.

Optical System

• Paired standard widefield eyepieces 10x with eyepiece guards. Dual diopter adjustments. Interpupillary adjustment from 55 to 78mm.
• Magnification is changed by rotating objective turret 180° to positive click stops.
• Available with 1x & 3x (1030)or 2x & 4x (2040) objectives.
• 95mm working distance.
• Total magnification range 10x and 30x or 20x and 40x.

Illumination

• Top and bottom LED illumination provides bright, cool light for incident and transmitted illumination. Extra long bulb life: up to 10,000 hours.
• 4 position light control: top only/bottom only, top and bottom on/off.
• AC adapter & built in rechargeable battery.

Focusing

• Large dual focusing knobs, heavy-duty rack & pinion mechanism.

Standard Post Stand

• Standard post (15mm) stand for extra stability and space saving.
• Stage surface 110 x 120mm deep (4.5 x 5.0").
• Maximum specimen height 75mm.
• Includes 95mm frosted glass and black/white contrast plates.
• Locked on stage clips.
