PELCO® Mini Hot Vac Vacuum Desiccator

vacuum and heat, can act as a desiccator or mini-drying station

An inexpensive way to warm embedding plastics while removing gas bubbles. The aluminum base is placed on a laboratory heating plate. A vacuum can be drawn through a provided porthole in the baseplate. A digital thermometer measures the plate temperature. Can be used up to 120°C (248°F).
What a modest, inexpensive and effective way to cure embedments or dry samples while degassing them! Inside dimensions are 6" Dia. x 3" H (15.3 x 7.6cm)
