We are seeking a Microscopy – International Sales Manager to plan, direct and coordinate global sales and marketing activities. Job Description:

  • Responsible for sales & profit growth of international sales.
  • Work with dealers, existing and prospective.
  • Manages dealer relationships.
  • Sets and manages sales goals.
  • Establishes and maintains dealer contracts.
  • Works with VP Marketing & Sales to plan marketing campaigns.
  • Represents the company at domestic and international trade shows, prepare materials for each, coordinate products, and assist in booth set up and tear down.
  • Reports to VP of Marketing & Sales.

Job Qualifications:

  • Three years of international sales and marketing experience, including management of independent foreign dealers.
  • Three years of on the job lab experience in the electron microscopy field.
  • Demonstrated international sales & marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences from a 4-year college is required.
  • Comfort level with domestic and international travel.
  • Proficient in managing export sales in compliance with U.S. export regulations.
  • Must speak and write fluent English; the ideal candidate will also be fluent in a second language.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibly.
  • Must have prior personnel management experience, with the ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills collaborating with co-workers, customers, and dealers.
  • Must have strong problem diagnosis and solving skills.
  • Proficiency with PC MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Includes 25% travel.
  • This position is a full time "on-site" position located in Redding, CA.
  • Must submit to and pass a drug and background check.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.

Salary/Benefits:

Salary will be a combination of generous base plus commission and will be commensurate with experience. This position includes a generous medical, dental and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with Company match, paid vacation, sick, and holidays.
