	Wafer Carrier Tray, size 4-6", has 6 soft silicone pegs on the lid and 6 soft, spring loaded silicone pegs on the base to firmly but gently grip the wafer. Silicone pegs may be moved to inner ring or outer ring to adjust for 4" or 6" wafers.

These high quality wafer carrier trays are specifically designed for storage, transport and handling of semiconductor wafers, glass wafers or other delicate flat objects. Made from polypropylene material and available in sizes from 1" to 4" with maximum grip, minimum contact and minimum pressure. The trays have a conical base to support the wafers at the edges only. The wafers are held in place and secured by a spider spring and locking cap.
The wafer carrier box for 4-6" wafers has a new design with a hinged box and integrated holders in top and bottom.
