Specimen Mounts and Holders
for the Topcon Aquila Compact Scanning Electron Microscope

We offer a range of sample mounts and holders for the Topcon Aquila compact SEM. The specimen mounts and holders with the M4 threaded hole are directly compatible with the Aquila stage adapter. The large 32mm cylinder mount is the standard specimen mount and allows for mounting a single larger sample of multiple small samples. Smaller cylinder mounts are also available. The wide choice of special holders created for the Topcon Aquila makes it easier to mount a greater variety of specimens. Easy mounting of specimens will make the Aquila more productive, quicker to use and opens up more applications. There are is also an adapter available to accommodate the standard pin stub mounts which are used in other Scanning Electron Microscopes. This will allow users of the Aquila to share specimens used on other SEM platforms.

Holds up to four 12.5mm cylinder mounts. Can also be used for tall specimens (up to 12mm) in the recessed holes.
