The E-Beam Lithography Mount comprises 2 SEMClips to hold the sample, a Faraday (ø2.5mm with 100µm hole) cup to measure the beam current and gold on carbon resolution sample for resolution test (ø3mm) all on a 25mm aluminum pin stub, positioned in such a way to leave maximum sample space. Pin length is 8.5mm. Material: Aluminum with copper clips and brass screws.

SEM Pin Stub for TEM Grids
This pin stub holders holds up to 4 TEM grids. This enables to image and analyze specimens on TEM grids in the SEM. For EDS applications with thin films or small particles placing them on a TEM grip with support film can significantly reduce background and increase detection limits. Opening angle on the holes in the top and base are 120° to reduce electron scattering and improve X-ray collection. Overall diameter is 25mm (1"), standard 3.2mm (1/8") pin with a 15mm (0.6") long pin. TEM grid locations are numbered. Material: vacuum grade aluminum with brass screw.
