Stage adapter for FEI/Philips SEM / FESEM and DualBeam Systems
Two different heights are available, either as a complete assembly with pillar, base and locking nuts or as individual items.
The pillar is made form non-binding brass to enable smooth height adjustment. The base and locking nuts are made from vacuum grade
aluminum. Thread on the stage adapter items is M6-fine.

Stage Adapter for Hitachi SEM series 2000/3000
This Hitachi stage adapter consists of a round base (Ø15x18mm), 25mm brass pillar and locking ring.
The base and locking nut are made of vacuum grade aluminum, the brass pillar has standard M6 thread with an M4
thread on top which is compatible with the Hitachi specimen mounts and specimen holders with an M4 threaded hole.

Stub Extensions for T-base and Dovetail Stage Adapters
The Stub Extensions are compatible with Hitachi stages and sample holders. They are available in 3 heights (12, 18 and 25mm)
and are used on the Hitachi T-Base Stage Adapters to increase the height of the assembly. Can be used with any Hitachi mount or
specimen holder with M4 threads. M6 thread on brass extensions and M4 threads on top. Stub extensions can be stacked. Complete
with locking nut.
