A complete line of sample mounts and specimen holders made especially for the Hitachi TM1000/TM3000 Tabletop Scanning Electron Microscopes. The specimen mounts with the M4 threaded hole are directly compatible with the TM-1000/TM3000 stage adapters and are available with diameters of 15, 25 and 32 mm. The large 32 mm sample mount allows for mounting a number of smaller samples or one large sample. |

Small Springloaded Vise ClampSmall springloaded vise clamp for samples up to 12.7mm (1/2"). The jaws are 25mm (1") wide. Jaws also accommodate stainless steel pins for more awkward shaped samples. Removable pushrod for easy loading is provided. Material: machined aluminum with stainless steel pins and springs. Overall size w/o pushrod 30 x 25 x 12.5mm (1.18" x 1" x ½").
